Use this search method to find business entities with which any of the officer (director, member, owner) or registered agent is associated with.

How to Search?

Open search by officer/Registered agent page. Enter the name of the person in the search box and click on the ‘Search Now‘ button.

On the next page, you can view the list of names that matched the search query with the following details:

  • Officer/RA Name
  • Entity Name
  • Entity Number

By Registered Agent Name

Using this search, you can find the list of business entities with which any Registered Agent (RA) is associated.

By FEI/EIN

If you know the FEI/EIN number (Federal Employee Identification) of the business, then you can directly search for business details. Open the FEI/EIN search page (link) and follow the onscreen instructions.


By Document Number
